Overall good service and the onsite rentals made the process extremely easy. My vehicle was part of a front end collision and not only did it come back looking pretty good, they also did some touch up on some scratches on my divers door as well. Now why the 3 stars instead of 5; the replaced panel doesn’t really match correctly so there’s a gap in the wheel well plastic, the front bumper doesn’t fit 100% (I know it’s not their fault bc of production but it’s noticeable) the hood on each end sticks up about 3/16 and doesn’t meet the seal, and when someone did the detailing (inside and out) the inside came out beautiful but on the outside there’s a bunch of swirls in my clear coat that weren’t there before probably from dry buffing. I know this because I do a whole detail on my vehicle as well; rinse, wash, clay bar, wax and ceramic coat all by hand and never encountered this issue. Mazdas do have a softer clear coat vs the competitors so if not known then it’s easy to have an issue. Overall it’s a good establishment, with great customer service. They keep you updated with what’s going on and if there’s any issues that they encounter. But for $14k from the insurance and 500$ out of pocket, the last thing I wanted to go do was get my clear coat corrected roughly 1,000 for my whole vehicle except the panel they did because their clear coat isn’t the same so it was able to handle the buffing. Overall they’re pretty good, the paint matches and the minor problems I had were fixed myself.

The Best Auto body shop in Metrowest. I have used many Autobody shops in MA. Authentic auto body is by far the BEST. It is very easy to deal with them. They have auto rentals too. So it is easy to drop our vehicles and get a rental vehicle till our vehicle is fixed. They will deal with insurance company. All we have to do is drop our vehicle and go back when you get a text that our vehicle is ready. I will recommend this Auto shop to anyone who need service. Much better that big name auto body shops
Outstanding service. As someone who is extremely hesitant to trust any place with my car, I have no doubts about the integrity, quality, care, and service provided here.I called Cam on recommendation from someone else I had spoken to about my situation. I informed Cam about concerns with potential damages to my car after getting some work done on it by another business.Cam told me to come by the very next day & he met me right when I got there. He took a look at everything & eased my mind about the severity of the damage to my car. He also provided a quick fix for a bad panel fitment I had.From my small interaction, they truly excel at customer service & their work. Cam was phenomenal. I could tell he truly cared about both cars & providing outstanding service.If I ever need a service that they provide again, I will absolutely be back. It’s rare to find a business that truly cares about your car as much as you do.
My car paint was peeling and had some other dings and dents! brought it in and they did a great job fixing ! They made it very easy and hassle free !

Authentic Autobody is absolutely outstanding. From the handling of insurance to arranging rental transportation and of course the autobody work itself. I have been there 3 times and wouldn't go anywhere else.Car comes out looking as good as brand new. I actually noticed a very tiny mark on the paint where the car logo was reinstalled after rear end collision damage was repaired and the shop manager Wemerson without hesitation offered to repaint the entire area and it was perfect! You can't say enough about that type of service and pride in your work. Would not trust my cars anywhere else.
I had an issue with my gas cap where a small spring came out and it wouldn’t open. Authentic Auto Body fixed it completely free of charge, all I had to do was pay for the part! It was a small job and not very time consuming but I still expected to pay, so it was a nice surprised and extremely generous. The staff were all very nice too and very easy to work with and pleasant to interact with. You can tell it’s a company built on authenticity and generosity and not one trying to take your money unnecessarily. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have always had nothing but 5 star service from them for years. It is so easy to get fooled by so many mechanics that can so easily take advantage of people…. This place DOES NOT do that.They are honest, upfront and incredibly helpful with everything from rental cars, dealing with the insurance and making sure you’re taken care of.Customer for life right here!
We have had the best auto body experience BY FAR. So much so, that after we moved 45minutes away, we have continued to return. The service is high quality, professional and timely. The staff have ALL been so supportive and kind. We had a terrible experience after an accident with the at fault party's insurance company. The staff here advocated for us for MONTHS while we waited for final paperwork and checks. We cannot thank Authentic Autobody enough and will not hesitate to place our future trust in them!
Just wanted to give a shoutout to the folks at Authentic Auto Body in Holliston. Unfortunately, over the weekend I was bringing my nephew and his friend to a birthday party, and the friend got car sick all over the back seat of my 5 month old new car! I used Authentic a few years ago for some autobody work on my previous vehicle and they did a 5-star job it. Just recently my new car received its first parking lot door ding. It wasn't bad but needed to be rubbed out and I didn't have the knowledge or skills to do that myself. I stopped into Authentic Auto to have someone take a look at it and to my surprise that took care of it right away -- I mean immediately. Door ding gone, super friendly and competent service, very very happy.

Went there via the recommendation of my car mechanic, who I've been using for 20 years. Wonderful place. Cam was very helpful, understanding, and clearly explained the process. He also talked to my Insurance who were somehow confused and resolved the situation. We went a week before the date of delivery, and they walked us through what was done and what would be done further. No one wants to have their car repaired for body work, but if you have to, this place is absolutely worth it.

I have been getting my cars detailed at Authentic Auto Body. They pick up cars on time and return them spotless.Yesterday I scraped my car and called them for getting paint job done. Marc gave me appointment same day and buffed my paint within 15 minutes. They are courteous, polite and highly professional. Will recommend them too all my friends and family.
I recently got my car back after being in an accident in September. Not only was my car repaired SUPER fast, but it was done so well that you cannot even tell that the accident happened. The entire staff at Authentic is wonderful and extremely communicative. Chrissy wrote to me with constant updates throughout the repair process and Steve was quick to respond to all of my emails! Cameron was so helpful with his appraisal and Matt got me into a rental car so quickly and for a great price! And thank you to Marc too! I’m so happy with my experience and while I hope that I never have to go back for any auto body repairs, I know exactly where I’ll go if I do! 🙂
These guys are hands down the best! Very conscientious and thorough. I wish everybody ran their business this way.One of our cars was involved in a smallish accident with a fair amount of damage. They did an amazing job with the repair and along the way kept us informed of timeline and always answered questions honestly. They fully dealt with both the rental car company and insurance company.They made dealing with a major car repair pretty much as easy and painless as possible.Have already been back for a small repair after a piece of wheel well trim was pulled off in Boston. They did the repair in a matter of minutes after sending them a picture earlier in the morning that day.I will recommend Authentic every chance I get!Thanks guys!!P.S.My wife happened to break her arm the week that the car was ready to be picked up and they offered to drive it out to the house. They also delivered a "get well", edible arrangement. Very nice touch!
Just had my SUV detailed at Authentic Auto Body. Having had my car detailed at many of the local shops, I'd have to say that the work Authentic did is the best of the bunch. I'd highly recommend their work. I was very impressed with the results. On top of that they were great at fitting me in to their schedule on short notice. I'll be back with my other cars.

Their customer service was nothing short of outstanding. Their facility in Holliston is beautiful and squeaky clean. They helped my get more than TRIPLE the original insurance estimate, completed the work in a very timely manner, and were incredibly communicative throughout. You will know you made the right decision after the first phone call. As good an experience as I’ve ever had dealing with ANY business.
Very glad a friend recommended me authentic Autobody. Marc was super accommodating and helpful answering questions. They painted the front bumper on my Evo 8 and it turned out perfect. Told them no rush and to get it done whenever and the turnaround time was fantastic. Will certainly be going there in the future for anything paint related, and as someone who is very meticulous about paint work it’s awesome having a place to go so close by.

Very happy with my decision to do business with Authentic Auto Body! I recently purchased my car and the previous owner wasn't too careful with the paint job. Marc gave me a quote on the spot for full paint correction and ceramic coating. I was expecting to have to shop around but the quote was very reasonable so they booked the work less than 2 weeks out. They took their time with getting the paint looking great before applying the coating. Water beads right off the car now and they even coated the windshield, making it so much easier to keep clean! In addition to the detailing work, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about all things automotive. I'm planning to do all my service work with their shop, Jack's Automotive, down the road. Great service, great prices and great people!
I went to this place unannounced to repair a damage of rear plastic bumper. The facility looked new, very cleaned inside and out, ample parking space near waiting area. Very modern looking waiting and counter area with TV and coffee bar. Gentlemen at counter was very friendly, down to earth person and talked to me as if he had known me for years! Looked at the problem and gave me multiple options even though some of those options were not favorable to his business. I was impressed by his honesty! I requested his services and he took care of the issue within his promised time- maybe even earlier- and the price could not be any better. I recommend this place to anyone at anytime! I will definitely bringing my vehicle at this place from here on! Thanks!
Marc is phenomenal, helped us every step of the way, from tow to the shop to dealing with an insurance claim to finding the right parts to getting us on the road. Was nothing but helpful and pleasant the whole time, made us feel as though our problem was his. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and all around great guy. The rest of the staff from mechanics to front desk was right on par with the rest of the business, clean and professional. I'd rate this place #1 auto shop and will be recommending everyone and their friends to go here. Just got my Civic back from Authentic Auto Body and Collision from damage from hitting a deer. From start to finish, they were amazing. They went the extra mile in terms of communicating, working with insurance, providing rental, and making sure I understood it all. When I picked up my car, it was detailed to perfection. Amazing Auto Body work. They also worked on my son's Jeep Grand Cherokee. Brakes low. Engine light on and heat blowing cold air. Reviews on Facebook were overwhelmingly positive so I gave them a try. Made the best decision. Worked with Mark and Madison. Both were super responsive, great communicators, sincere and helpful in all ways. Great experience. So thankful I found a reliable body shop with real honest hardworking staff that's all about customer satisfaction. Repeat customer for auto body work and detailing. Last visit was to get an estimate for some minor body work and they ended up fixing it on the spot. Authentic Auto Body has been the most professional body shop I've ever worked with. Marc ( district mngr) and his team kept me informed of all the work done on my 2019 Jeep Sahara during the entire process. The body work that was done on my Jeep was as if I just bought it from a dealership. It was a bit of wait, which indicated to me the quality of workmanship that was involved, was of the highest standard. Although, the most impressive experience I had was how Authentic Auto dealt with ALL of the insurance paperwork/ phone calls through the time my Jeep was in the shop. DON'T even contemplate going to another shop. Five stars...
I just got an interior detail for my car from Authentic Auto Body and could not be happier with the service!! I have 2 dogs, a toddler and a newborn and desperately needed to get it cleaned for a while. They were amazing with customer service, flexible with scheduling, came to my house to pick it up and drop it off and the detail came out outstanding!! Simply put, these guys made the experience easy. This was my first time dealing with any type of autobody work, and these guys handled everything and were very clear with expectations and communication from start to finish. They were professional, the car came out looking brand new, and were a pleasure to work with. Authentic Auto Body is amazing! I was recently in my first accident, and did not know where to go. I read the reviews and everyone had nothing but great things to say about this place, so I figured I would take a chance. Best decision I could have made! Mark was awesome and communicated with me consistently, throughout the whole process. And I was expecting a longer than expected turn around given the current state the auto industry. However, they where quick, efficient and my car came back like it was brand new in a month! Any issues when you receive your car back, they are more than happy to fix and will do so immediately. Mark looked at the problem (my trunk strike plate had come very loose, come to find out it was improperly attached), explained how and why it happened and what could be done to correct the problem. He graciously answered my questions and his team had my car repaired in less than 30 minutes! They were amazing and the customer service was outstanding! I will be taking my truck in for some modifications in a few days and would highly recommend them for ANY automotive services!
This place is amazing! I wasn't sure how big my job was going to be. I wasn't going through insurance so I was bracing myself for a big estimate. I was pleasantly surprised by Marc's honest estimate of the work that needed to be done and he promptly and professionally got the job done! Is it possible to give more than 5 stars?? My car didn’t look this clean when I bought it. Years of kid snacks and road trips erased in one day. I am so impressed. Not an inch was overlooked. I genuinely can not recommend this service enough. It isn’t cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. I won’t go anywhere else, ever. Thank you!
My fairly new vehicle was heavily damaged in a rear-end collision. I had read the reviews of Authentic and was convinced that they would be the place to take my car.While it took longer than I hoped (they were moving their shop during my repair) the car was picked up by a flat bed at my house and several weeks later was dropped off, completely detailed and absolutely beautiful - like new!Throughout the process I was in communication with their staff, and they were responsive, friendly and helpful.They repaired the car to 100% Kia specs and it’s really beautiful. Not a mark to be found and the paint and fit and trim is perfect. I give their team high marks for everything.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I know nothing about cars and I never felt taken advantage of for that once. I was able to get more money for my settlement for a totaled car, I was communicated with through the whole process, and all communication was prompt. When I inevitably will need car assistance in the future again, I will be coming back.
The team at Authentic Auto Body is almost too good to believe. The level of customer service is almost unheard of in this industry and barely exists at all anymore. Of course their work is first-rate, but what makes them a unicorn is the ridiculous level of customer service – you can actually REALLY trust these guys. I could not recommend Authentic more highly, and to that point, I would actually encourage people to travel a distance to use them. There is a reason why there 419 reviews and a 5.0 rating. AWESOME!
Just had my car detailed at Authentic Auto Body, so thrilled with the results - between my dog with white fur and my gardening endeavors, my car so desperately needed to be cleaned and the results exceeded my expectations - so pleased - the car looked like the day I drove it out of the dealership 5 years ago! My car was serviced with the utmost care and respect! It came back to me in such great condition, it looked like a new car! The only consolation to actually getting hit in a parking lot, with no one leaving a note - forcing me to pay for my co-pay and work through insurance, is that I have a car that is so spotless, inside and out, that it makes me appreciate the car even more! Steve and his crew certainly are customer focused, and I would highly recommend their level of service and customer care!They handled all the paperwork, including rental car details, etc., the process was nearly seamless for me. I've had other body work done at other Body & Collision centers, this is my best experience to date.UPDATE: Used them again - another snowbank incident! They did an amazing job. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I dealt with Marc this time...he's so, so kind! If you need repair work - you will be amazed! Car was detailed and looks like new!
Steve and his crew were amazing!! I brought my car in after an accident and didn’t worry about a thing as soon as I handed over the key. They handled it all... towing, a rental delivered to my house, insurance dealings, parts, painting and even an interior detailing. I arrived to pick up my car and they had all the paperwork ready, my car ready and running and even my car seat heaters turned on! Excellent service and a bunch of just great guys. Highly recommend!!
This auto body is absolutely amazing, the entire staff is truly top notch in every aspect! I had a collision claim, and from the moment they answered my call, got me in immediately, inspected the car thoroughly and guided me every step of the way in how to proceed. I must say I have been to other auto body shops before, but this one is very meticulous, stays on top of everything, extremely knowledgeable, but most of all honest! My go to place and my #1 referral to anyone seeking for repairs, insurance claims, or even car detailing... there is nothing they can't do . Thank you guys so much for everything!
Authentic Auto Body is the best! They offer fair prices, and terrific value. After a car accident, Authentic offered me a great low cost rental car, inspected my new car for free, and Mark cleaned my bumpers for free too. They go above and beyond and provide top notch service. The detailing makes the car look better than when I bought it!

They have performed an outstanding interior and exterior detail with reasonable rates. It was SPOTLESS! A second time , the tailgate of my truck couldn’t shut. So they told me to swing by and they’d take a look. These guys are true blue, efficient, and honest. They explained everything that was done- and the team has such a positive attitude. I highly recommend this place!

Authentic auto body has found a new and committed customer in me. I initially wanted to get my new car fully detailed because of some very small scratches, yet when I got there and talked to Marc he told me that it wasn’t necessary to do that and throughly explained why the less expensive option was best for me. Not only saving me money when I would’ve gladly spent more, the customer service that the entire office gave me was exceptional. Not to mention the amazing work they did to my car and the helpful tips Marc gave me to keep my car looking brand new. Can’t thank them enough!
They are great! My model 3 looks brand new after detailing. They also managed to get some sunblock off the seats which was hard to get off by myself. Highly recommend!
I went to Authentic Auto body after getting in a minor collision with my black Honda Accord. I needed a new rear bumper and some other work done. Steve and Mark at Authentic were outstanding from start to finish. They were honest, upfront and professional all while providing with the highest standard of work done to my vehicle. They helped me with a rental car for the whole time my car was being worked on, they gave a complimentary detail inside and out, and gave me my vehicle back looking brand new. Authentic Auto Body is unlike any other business I've ever worked with in the automotive industry. Their customer service is unmatched! You can tell they actually care about their customers, they treat you like family even if it's your first time meeting them. Although I hope I don't need their services again any time soon, I would happy to work with them again!
